Where is my Order? How long does it take?

Handling Time: Normal handling time is 4-7 business days, varying by order timing and size.

Shipping Options: We use USPS Priority Mail or First Class/Ground Select. Expedited or overnight shipping is not available.

Shipping Updates: Shipping status updates may take 24-48 hours.

Shipping Costs: Based on package weight and distance.

Transit vs. Processing Times: Carrier transit times are different from order processing times. E.g., "Priority Mail 2 Day" refers to delivery time after dispatch, not order processing duration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancel within 24 hours to avoid fees. Cancellations after 24 hours incur a 20% fee.

Broken/Damaged Orders or items

Package Handling: While we take precautions to ensure safe delivery, we cannot control what happens after the package leaves our store.

Insurance Coverage: Orders include $100 insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased for extra protection.

International Shipping Availability: Check our list of international shipping locations to see if your country is included.

Order Processing: International orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Customs and Taxes: The customer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and other charges associated with receiving their order.

Responsibility for Additional Fees: Yeyeo Botanica is not responsible for tariffs, customs duties, or any associated costs. Our responsibility is limited to shipping the items safely and on time.

Delivery and Pickup: Once delivered, the purchaser must handle all fees associated with the order in their country. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pick up the order.

Customs and Duties: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and any brokerage or carrier fees associated with your country.

Declaration Policy: Orders will not be declared as gifts. Yeyeo Botanica is not responsible for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties.

Delivery Times: International orders may take longer due to varying international policies. Please consider this when placing your order.

Additional Fees: Yeyeo Botanica is not responsible for any return shipping fees, brokerage fees, or the costs of return shipping. These are solely the customer's responsibility.

Substitutions

Stock Availability: We offer exclusive and often custom-made items, which may not always be readily available due to their unique nature.

Substitutions: You may choose to accept a substitute item or receive a refund. Substitutions will be made without notification if the replacement items are similar.

Out-of-Stock Items: For items out of stock at the time of processing, you will automatically receive a substitution or a refund.

YEYEO BOTANICA POLICIES

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - By making a purchase on www.yeyeo.com you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions on www.yeyeo.com
  • Yeyeo.com guarantees we will process your order as quickly and efficiently based on our processing policy and product availability. Orders may take up to seven days to process.
  • Mystical items are sold as curios and private entertainment use.
  • We do not provide free custom instructions on product use since there are many ways products can be used.
  • No returns, exchanges or refunds will be issued by Yeyeo Botanica.
  • Received Order Questions: Any questions or concerns regarding a received online order must be made in writing via email to orders@yeyeo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • General Order Question: Email us at orders@yeyeo.com with your name and order number. Including your order number will expedite us locating your order to answer your question.
  • Please note: Once and order is placed it is non-refundable or discountable. This is an automated system therefore order changes and discounts are to be applied before full check out. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure any coupon or discount codes are used at checkout.
2. FRAGILE/GLASS ITEMS UNLESS ADDITIONAL INSURANCE IS PURCHASED ARE NOT COVERED.
  • We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive to you safely, we have no control over circumstances once the package leaves our store.
  • Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
  • We DO NOT guarantee, refund or replace broken candles or any other glass/fragile items until additional handling or insurance is purchased.
  • If an item arrives broken, you must file a claim directly with the carrier that delivered your package.

3. RESTOCKING FEE POLICY

Orders that are returned for any reason (wrong address, undeliverable or any issue related to the address or delivery) OR customers who cancel their orders AFTER 24 hours are subject to the following policy:

  • Returned orders can be resent, customer will be required to pay for the additional shipping cost.
  • Customers who do not wish to have their order sent back out will be issued a refund minus a 20% restocking fee making 80% value returned on their order.
  • Customers have 24 hours to respond or a refund will be issued minus the restocking fee.
  • Orders that are cancelled after the 24 hour grace period are subject to a 80% return value of their order. Restocking fees are standard and cover all the steps and materials necessary to execute an order.

*** For packages sent with USPS Priority Mail, $100 insurance is already included with your shipping cost. You can file a claim directly with the USPS for reimbursement for broken/damaged items. While we do out best to get out orders quickly, please be advised that our handling time can be anywhere from 4-7 business days depending on when your order was placed.

We ship via the most economical but appropriate service so your purchase arrives to your safely.

5. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY:

We strive to have the majority of items in stock, however please keep in mind that we are a spiritual store, we carry unique items; some of which are not available fast. ( for example handmade etc.)

Due to the nature of the items we sell, supply and demand; we cannot guarantee 100% availability. There may be times where an item will sell out faster than what is updated on our website.

Please also be advised that there may be times where items will be unavailable for a prolonged period of time.

When ordered item(s) is not available by the time the order is being processed and a substitute is not available; a refund will be issued and the rest of the order shipped.

6. SUBSTITUTED ITEMS

  • Substitutions will be made equal to the value of the price paid, not on size.
  • Candles may be substituted without notice for a larger or smaller sized version depending on availability.
  • We will also make substitutions due to product availability. Example: Money Drawing oil is sold out, we will send a similar oil for money drawing.
  • We will make substitutions without notification if the item(s) being substituted are not drastically different. Example-ordered eucalyptus leaf but we send eucalyptus powder instead, ordered 2 two small colognes but we send the same one in a larger size.
  • Item(s) not in stock at the time of order processing will be automatically refunded and the rest of the order shipped.
7. APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING

Appointments are ONLY scheduled via our website at this time. Our online appointment system allows you to schedule an appointment anytime at your convenience.

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    • All questions regarding orders should be sent to orders@yeyeo.com with your order number.
    • Orders are only processed on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders may take up to seven days to process.
    • Customers have 24 hours to cancel orders without a restocking fee.
    • Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. Customer have 48 hours to notify us of any issues.
    • Returned orders are subject to a 20% non-refundable Restocking Fee
    • Canceled orders will be subject to a 20% Cancellation Fee if cancelled AFTER the 24 hour cancellation grace period. 
    • We are not able to guarantee product availability or delivery time.
    • Any out-of-stock items will automatically be substituted or refunded when the order is processed.
    • National disasters, acts of nature, etc. may affect your order processing.

    SHIPPING INFORMATION

    • Handling time during normal operations can be anywhere from 4-7 business days depending on when your order was placed, the order size, Etc.
    • We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.
    • Orders are only shipped via Priority Mail or First Class/Ground Select with USPS (expedited or overnight shipping is unavailable at this time).
    • Shipping information can take 24-48 to update.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, customs, duties and/or any internationals fees.
    • Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and distance.
    • $100 insurance is already included with your shipping cost.
    • Free shipping is offered on orders over $185 AND that weigh less than 30 lbs. Orders that meet the minimum price but weigh over 30 lbs will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost.

    • For added security, Signature Confirmation is available and can be added to any order.
    • Carrier transit times are different from Yeyeo Botanica order processing times.
    • Please note: Shipping Transit Times should not be confused with the order processing times.
    • Example: Priority Mail 2 Day Shipping means that when your order is dropped at USPS, it will on average take 2 days to reach you. This does not mean your order is being processed in 2 days.

    RESTOCKING FEE POLICY

    Orders that are returned for any reason (such as wrong address, undeliverable or any issue related to the address or delivery, delivery voluntarily refused by customer) OR customers who cancel their orders AFTER 24 hours are subject to the following policy:

    • Orders that are cancelled after the 24 hour grace period will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
    • We will only contact a customer once for returned orders. Customers have 48 hours to respond to our contact via email or phone.
    • After 48 hours, we will automatically issue a refund minus the restocking fee.
    • Returned orders can be resent, customer will be required to pay for the additional shipping label.
    • Customers who do not wish to have the order resent will be issued a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
    • This restocking fee policy applies also to local pick up orders.

     

    BACK-ORDERED AND SUBSTITUTED ITEMS

    We strive to keep the majority of items in stock and available to our customers. We stock exclusive and rare items, some of which are hand or custom-made, and may not be readily available due to the unique nature of the item.

    • For this reason, we are unable to guarantee 100% product availability. If an ordered item goes on back order quicker than our system updates the quantities to our website, we will notify the customer.
    • Customers have the option to accept a substitution or receive a refund for that item. We will make substitutions without notification if the item(s) being substituted are not drastically different.
    • You will automatically be issued a refund or substitution for out-of-stock items.

    LOST, MISSING ORDERS OR ORDERS NOT RECEIVED:

    • Any claims for a lost/missing package must be taken up with the mail carrier in question. We are not responsible for lost/missing, undelivered or returned orders; customers must contact the carrier in question to request investigation or file a claim.
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping information is entered at checkout. Yeyeo Botanica does not accept responsibility for problems due to wrong information entered such as missing apartment numbers, suite numbers etc.
    • Once the order leaves our store, we do not have any control over what happens to the package.
    • No refunds will be issued for lost/missing packages with tracking that shows package/items have been delivered.
    • Returned orders will be charged a 20% restocking if returned undeliverable or if customer chooses to cancel the order.
    • For orders being re-sent, customer is responsible for the new shipping label cost.
    • Please contact the mail carrier to locate lost or missing packages to request an investigation or file a claim.
