- Substitutions and Refunds: If items are sold out or back-ordered, choose between a substitute item of equal or lesser value, store credit, or a refund.
- Holding Period: Orders are held for 5 business days. Unclaimed orders will be restocked.
- Store Credit: Unclaimed orders after 5 days will receive store credit valid for 14 days.
- Credit Expiration: Unused store credit will be forfeited after 14 days.
