Under normal circumstances, our processing time is 1-4 business days from the day the order was placed.
COVID-19 has changed this for many reasons such as:
- Online Shopping is at an all time high
- Due to factories & supply chain disruptions, there are ongoing delays in every area from packaging supplies to product availability.

Some reasons for delayed responses:
- We may not be able to respond to emails on weekends, after hours or days that the store is closed.

Yeyeo Botanica and it's owners only do custom spiritual work. A reading is required in order to see what, if anything needs to be done or the customer can do it themselves with instruction.
- Work is accepted on a case by case basis- a reading does NOT guarantee your work request will be taken.
- We do not take requests for spiritual work of any kind without a reading with the owner first.
- We do not give out prices or take requests for work by phone, voicemail, email or social media.
If you are interested in getting spiritual work done or not sure if you need work done, a spiritual reading is required.

Most classes are held at our store here in Newark NJ. We may have some that will be made available online/remotely.

Yes we do! We can dress or fix any candle you request. Pick your candle, pay for the dressing/fixing and leave a note at checkout on how you want us to fix your candle for you.
Currently, COVID-19 has caused many delays in all areas from production to delivery. Online Shopping and demand for spiritual products is at an unprecedented high. Inventory and availability changes daily.
If you are not seeing something you would like to order, it could be due to the following:
