Insurance for your Order
You can insure your order and have items replaced if additional insurance is purchased.
Insurance will cover if an item is broken or damaged in transit. We will file a claim and send the item (s) out again.
Insurance Purchase is Non Refundable and will only cover the actual order value.
Insurance does NOT cover orders that are lost or stolen. You will still need to file an investigation/claim with the carrier for Lost/Stolen Packages.
In order to for us to replace broken/damaged items:
- Insurance MUST be purchased at checkout or BEFORE your order's shipping label is created.
- We cannot add insurance once the shipping label has been created.
- Take clear pictures of all items including the actual box/envelope package and shipping label.
- Email us at email@example.com with your order number and the requested pictures within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
