Thank you for being our customer. We apologize for the longer than usual order processing times.  We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. 

Please note: 

Order processing is currently delayed longer than expected at this time. Our staff is working as quickly as possible to fulfill your orders.

Orders are taking approximately 10-14 business days or longer at this time. This estimate is can be longer or shorter and is subject to change.

    As of 1/1/2023, here is what you need to know:

    • Normal Operating Hours UNLESS noted above differently:
    • Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Sundays 12-5 (Subject to change)
    • Readings when available will continue to be over the phone only until further notice.
    • Classes and/or Workshops will be postponed until such time it is safer to participate in groups. We have some content available online, view here: Online Classes
    • Regarding calls and emails: We ask for patience, we will respond as soon as we are able to.

    ORDERING ONLINE:

    • Please be aware: online shopping and demand for spiritual products is at an all time high. Due to volume and other factors, there will be ongoing delays with orders.

    STATEMENT TO CUSTOMERS IN REGARDS TO COVID-19 RESPONSE

    To our valued customers: 

    Please read the following information regarding store operations at this time due to Local and Governmental Policies response to limiting the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus.

    Necessary mandates to protect the safety of customers have changed the way we are able to conduct business until further notice.

    Yeyeo Botanica sends well wishes and positive thoughts to everyone at this time. As we are all aware of, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is of concern to all of us. We are closely monitoring the situation & reacting appropriately.

    Yeyeo Botanica is following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines in regards to cleansing and safety which can be reviewed on their website here: CDC Guidelines

    Yeyeo Botanica will continue to operate as long as it is safe to do so for both our employees and loyal customers. Social Distancing per the CDC’s guidelines will be of extreme importance in the next few weeks and is strongly encouraged.

    On the previous page, we outlined important information for you to know. This page will continue to be updated as the situation and information changes.

    In New Jersey, there have been restrictions/mandates placed that have affected the manner in which we operate.
